David Lisch has been working with metal most of his life; as a fabricator, as a blacksmith, as a knife maker, and as an artist.
Damascus is in my blood, he says, stacking and resizing the steel, forging and manipulating the patterns so that each billet is one of a kind, and each knife is not only a fully functioning tool, but a unique piece of art.
David & his wife, Andrea are successful blacksmiths that teach blacksmith techniques & knife making at their school, in Yelm WA.
